We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager - Cost Planning to join our City Assets team at Qiddiya Investment Company. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and strategic cost planning for the development of city assets that align with our vision of transforming Saudi Arabia's entertainment landscape. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cost management and demonstrate a strong ability to lead cost planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and overview the cost planning processes for city assets, ensuring that they are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Implement advanced cost planning methodologies to optimize resource allocation and budgeting.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to create comprehensive cost plans that support design objectives.
• Manage relationships with external cost consultants, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to project specifications.
• Utilize analytical tools and techniques to monitor project costs and identify deviation from budgets.
• Provide expert guidance on cost risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop junior staff in cost planning methodologies and practices.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to present cost reports and updates, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.

• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in cost planning, specifically focusing on large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Strong background in client-side project management or quantity surveying is preferred.
• Professional qualifications such as RICS, AIQS, or similar are highly desirable.
• A proven track record of leading cost planning efforts with demonstrated results in financial efficiency.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
