Senior Manager - Delivery - Commercial Office (CO137)

The Senior Manager - Delivery - Commercial Office will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of commercial projects and initiatives within Qiddiya Investment Company. This role demands strong leadership to ensure that all commercial activities are executed efficiently, meeting time, budget, and quality standards while supporting the broader strategic objectives of the organization.

Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end project lifecycle across commercial portfolios, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder communications, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes. The Senior Manager will also support contract management, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring to maximize value realization and ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage the delivery of commercial projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate closely with commercial, legal, procurement, finance, and other internal teams to optimize project execution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare regular status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues impacting commercial project delivery.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve operational excellence.
• Foster collaborative team environments through effective leadership, coaching, and development of team members.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and contractors as applicable.
• Support the commercial office in contract administration, negotiations, and compliance activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Commerce, or related fields.
• Postgraduate qualifications or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) are highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in project delivery within commercial or related sectors, preferably in large-scale complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract management, procurement processes, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and driving high-performance culture.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
