Senior Manager -Design - Residential (RES8)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager - Technical Design Architect for our Residential projects. This role entails leading the architectural design and technical oversight for various residential developments within the Qiddiya project, which aims to establish a world-class entertainment and cultural hub in Saudi Arabia.

You will champion innovative architectural designs that promote sustainability and enhance community experiences while ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will guide a team of architects and designers in the creation of designs that reflect the vision of a modern, vibrant residential community.

**Responsibilities**:

·       Lead the architectural design process for residential projects, from conceptual design through to documentation and execution.

·       Oversee compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to develop user-centric designs that reflect community needs.

·       Ensure designs adhere to sustainability standards and best practices.

·       Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

·       Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are deliverable on time and within scope.

·       Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

·       Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications.

·       Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team.

·       Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

·       10+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on residential projects.

·       Proven experience in managing large-scale design projects from concept to completion.

·       Strong understanding of architectural principles, design software, and current building practices.

·       Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability practices in architecture.

·       Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a capability to inspire creativity.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
