Senior Manager - Development (MAS8-20003833)

In this key leadership role, you will be at the forefront of our mission to transform Qiddiya into a premier entertainment hub. Your leadership will drive the successful completion of development projects that reflect our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of development projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic vision.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and market analysis to inform project initiatives and investment decisions.
• Establish and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the development process.
• Foster and manage relationships with stakeholders, including government authorities, investors, and community representatives, to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Regularly report on project progress, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership, ensuring proactive communication and problem resolution.
• Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 9-12 years of applying professional knowledge in real estate development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex development projects, with a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, project financing, and regulatory landscapes.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and guide teams.
• Excellent analytical skills coupled with a strategic mindset.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
