Senior Manager - Draftsman/CAD & BIM (DEL- 267)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics CAD & BIM Coordinator to produce and maintain accurate CAD and BIM drawings that support logistics and construction planning. This role ensures that design outputs align with project logistics requirements, site constraints, and schedules, enabling seamless coordination and visualization of logistics infrastructure and phasing.

Responsibilities

• Produce precise CAD and BIM drawings to support logistics and construction planning activities.
• Ensure all design outputs comply with logistics project requirements, timelines, and standards.
• Coordinate closely with logistics teams to incorporate site constraints, access routes, and operational considerations into BIM models.
• Update and maintain BIM models to reflect changes in logistics infrastructure, construction phasing, and site layout.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and logistics leads to resolve design-to-logistics interface issues.
• Ensure adherence to project drafting standards, BIM protocols, and quality control processes.
• Support clash detection and spatial coordination efforts, including logistics assets and construction elements.
• Facilitate effective communication of design revisions impacting logistics through updated drawings and models.
• Track drawing revisions and maintain accurate documentation of logistics-related design changes.
• Assist in integrating logistics planning data into BIM for real-time visualization and decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience on large infrastructure, construction, or logistics-heavy projects.
• Certifications in BIM management, CAD software, or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of integrating logistics data into BIM for visualization and planning purposes.
• Proven experience producing CAD and BIM drawings for construction or logistics planning projects.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation) and BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks, or similar).
• Understanding of logistics operations, site access constraints, and construction phasing.
• Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve design and operational interface issues.
• Knowledge of drafting standards, BIM protocols, and quality assurance practices.
• Familiarity with clash detection processes and spatial coordination in BIM environments.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design changes and updates across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing drawing revisions and documentation
