Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Finance and Commercial to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will oversee the financial planning, analysis, and commercial performance of our diverse portfolio of projects. Your expertise will contribute to the overall financial health and sustainable growth of Qiddiya as we work toward creating a world-class entertainment destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and forecasting process for all projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making and drive project profitability.
• Collaborate with various departments to establish commercial strategies that enhance project value and performance.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure successful financial and commercial outcomes.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, variances, and KPIs, recommending actions to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Oversee the development and negotiation of contracts, ensuring favorable commercial terms and compliance with regulations.
• Provide financial guidance and support to project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance and commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Identify industry trends and best practices to enhance financial and commercial strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and commercial management, preferably within large-scale projects or real estate development.
• Strong financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of financial statements and analysis.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and contract management.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a track record of managing and developing teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
