Qiddiya Investment Company is spearheading innovative transport solutions as part of its ambitious vision to redefine entertainment, sports and culture in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a highly capable and driven Senior Manager – Funding & Finance for one of our Regional Links initiatives. The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping the financing and commercial strategy of this landmark project.

In this role, you will support workstreams related to the financial and commercial aspects of the project, including the development of the project’s business case, structuring the project for bankability, and contributing to the project’s funding strategy to ensure successful engagement with both local and international capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a leading role in the ongoing development of the project’s business case and financial model
• Contribute to the structuring of the project to ensure bankability, with a focus on risk allocation, revenue mechanisms and financing approach
• Monitor and assess financial risks throughout the project’s lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the financing and/or delivery of infrastructure projects, ideally with exposure to transport projects
• A strong understanding of project finance and how PPP projects are structured, delivered and financed
• Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to review financial models and run sensitivity analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse stakeholder group
