Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Manager - Golf - Asset Management within our dynamic organization. This role is a unique opportunity to lead the asset management strategy for our premier golf projects, ensuring that we maximize the value and performance of our golf assets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing asset management plans that align with the overall goals of our entertainment and leisure offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic asset management plans for Qiddiya's golf projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and excellent financial performance.
• Conduct market analysis and financial modeling to assess the performance of golf assets and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including development and operations teams, to inform project development from an asset management perspective.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiencies and member/guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets associated with golf asset operations, ensuring effective allocation and use of resources for optimal financial results.
• Oversee comprehensive reporting and analysis of asset performance, identifying trends and opportunities that support decision-making.
• Foster strong relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including service providers and partners in the golf industry.
• Drive initiatives that promote sustainability and enhance the long-term viability of Qiddiya's golf operations.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence in asset management practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Golf and Sports Management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of Golf & Country Club Management experience.
• Relevant Golf certifications and industry memberships/affiliations, such as PGA, CMAE.
• Proven track record in financial analysis, performance management, and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of golf operations, market trends, and financial modeling.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams.
• Proficiency in asset management software and tools, coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the golf industry and commitment to delivering outstanding experiences for guests and members.
