Job Description - Senior Manager - HRIS

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Senior Manager - HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to lead the management and optimization of our HR technology landscape. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HRIS effectively supports the organization's human resource functions, enhances data integrity, and improves operational efficiency. Your expertise will help us leverage technology to enhance employee experiences and streamline HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of new HR technologies and tools, ensuring seamless transitions and user adoption.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights for decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define system requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop training programs and resources to educate HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system upgrades, support, and development.
  • Create and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides, process workflows, and systems protocols.
  • Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and industry trends to drive future enhancements to our HRIS.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the HRIS team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HRIS management or related HR technology roles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong expertise in HRIS software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and related technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices across various disciplines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data interpretation and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
