Senior Manager - Infrastructure (20003818)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to fill the role of Senior Manager - Infrastructure. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of infrastructure projects that are pivotal to the success of our ambitious initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of robust infrastructure strategies that support Qiddiya's comprehensive master plan.
• Oversee the coordination of multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure effective execution of infrastructure projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges throughout project lifecycles.
• Implement best practices in project management and infrastructure delivery, promoting innovation and sustainability.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate performance against established metrics, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure management and project delivery, preferably in large-scale development projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
