Senior Manager - IT Asset Applications (CORS 225)

Qiddiya Investment Company is on a mission to create a world-class entertainment destination, and we are looking for a resourceful and experienced Senior Manager - IT Asset Applications to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and implementation of IT asset applications, ensuring that our technology investments align with our strategic objectives and deliver value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the IT asset management strategy, including policies and processes for tracking, managing, and optimizing IT assets across the organization.
• Oversee the implementation of IT asset applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the business while adhering to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements for asset tracking and management systems.
• Monitor asset lifecycle management processes, including procurement, utilization, recycling, and disposal, to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze data related to IT assets to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all asset information is accurately recorded and maintained in the asset management systems.
• Lead and manage a team of IT asset management professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Develop and deliver reports and presentations on asset management performance to senior leadership.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in IT asset management and applications, and drive innovation within the organization.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance of asset management applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in IT asset management or application management, with a focus on technology assets.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management principles, processes, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various audiences.
