Responsibilities

• Develop and implement knowledge and learning strategies aligned with QIC's strategic objectives.
• Design and deliver innovative learning programs and workshops that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify knowledge gaps and learning needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make improvements as necessary.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer across teams to promote best practices and enhance organizational learning.
• Oversee the maintenance of knowledge management systems and ensure easy access to content.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in knowledge and learning management.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in knowledge management or corporate learning.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning initiatives.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in learning management systems and knowledge management software.
