Job Description - Senior Manager - Planning - MAS 4002

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager - Planning to join our team. This leadership role involves overseeing the comprehensive planning activities that are critical to the successful development and execution of Qiddiya's visionary projects. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate planning efforts across departments, and ensure alignment with organizational goals to deliver world-class entertainment and lifestyle experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project schedule and planning analysis, and contribute to reporting on all aspects of implementation scope and process, to support the successful delivery of the approved IDS and Implementation Plan aligned with the Qiddiya City Framework Plan.
  • Provide project-level schedule and planning analysis for the IDS and Implementation Plans related to City and District asset development and delivery, ensuring projects are completed within budget, timeline, and desired quality standards.
  • Provide schedule and planning analysis on the impact of all relevant change control submissions against the approved IDS and Implementation Plan baseline.
  • Provide analysis and support for submissions related to the development of City, District, and Business Function Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) plans and their application to the IDS.
  • Review and provide information and outputs on the status of interfaces and interdependencies between City and District teams within the IDS and Implementation Plans.
  • Contribute to reporting, data analysis, and insights in support of key client reviews and meetings, as required.
  • Contribute, as required, to the development and implementation of department policies, procedures, and work practices.
  • Support City, District, and Business Functions by providing inputs related to the development of their implementation responsibilities.
  • Provide analytical contributions, as required, in support of submissions to executive-level stakeholders and employees.
  • At least 10 years of experience in planning roles with demonstrated leadership in large-scale development projects.
  • Expert knowledge of planning policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with planning and project management software tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions in a complex environment.
  • Proficiency in using Primvera 6
