Senior Manager - Planning - Residential Delivery (RES7)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager - Planning for Residential Delivery to lead the planning processes for our innovative residential projects. This role is essential in ensuring that all phases of residential delivery are efficiently planned and executed to meet our ambitious vision and project timelines. Your strategic oversight will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that projects are aligned with the overall goals of Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning efforts for residential delivery projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, encompassing all phases from land acquisition and conceptual design to construction and handover.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of planning activities.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and risk assessments to inform planning decisions and project viability.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Present project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Engage with external partners, including governmental agencies and consultants, to facilitate project approvals and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the planning team.

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience in project planning and management, specifically in residential development.
• Strong understanding of the residential construction process and best practices in project delivery.
• Proven experience in developing and executing detailed project plans and schedules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a capacity to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of relevant software tools for project management and planning (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
