Job Description - Senior Manager - Procurement (Commercial Office)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager - Procurement (Commercial Office) to join our commercial team. This role is essential in managing and overseeing the procurement processes that support our commercial operations, ensuring an efficient, transparent, and cost-effective procurement function aligned with organizational goals.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring contractual and compliance excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide procurement expertise that supports business objectives and fosters sustainable supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies specifically tailored for commercial office needs.
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, legal, finance, and other departments for contract deviation and closing out.
  • Managing bid meetings and evaluation process.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports and insights to senior management to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of procurement experience with at least 5 years in a commercial procurement leadership role.
  • +10 years of experience in SAP (Ariba Horizon).
  • Experience in Governance Procurement function.
  • Proven expertise in commercial procurement strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement regulations, compliance, and risk management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in procurement software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
