Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project development from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with Qiddiya's overarching vision.
• Design and implement effective project management processes to optimize resource allocation and achieve desired outcomes.
• Oversee budget management, making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial constraints while maximizing project returns.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors, to ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates, identifying challenges, and recalibrating timelines as necessary.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, project plans, and stakeholder communications.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to refine project management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technological innovations that can improve project execution and deliver exceptional results.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, , Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale developments within the hospitality or entertainment sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication skills, with a talent for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and industry standards in large-scale project management is advantageous.
