Senior Manager - Roads & Parking (MAS7-20003669)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Roads & Parking to oversee the development and management of road and parking infrastructures within the Qiddiya project. This role is crucial for ensuring that our facilities are designed to enhance accessibility, safety, and efficiency for all visitors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of road and parking infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assessments to determine the most effective transportation solutions for the project.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional transport policies and regulations.
• Manage a team of engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and performance.
• Monitor ongoing operations and perform regular evaluations of roads and parking efficiency to recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders regarding project statuses and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in road and parking management.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7-10 years relevant experience in road and parking infrastructure management, with a strong project management background.
• Proven track record of leading successful infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of local and international road design standards and practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
