Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Marketing Specialist to support the Marketing Manager in driving strategic marketing initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who can manage marketing work as structured projects, with strong ownership, clear follow-up, and focus on quality, timing, and business impact. The right candidate will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, managing agencies and vendors, supporting lead generation efforts, maintaining content and communication calendars, and ensuring projects move from brief to delivery in a professional and efficient way.
This is not a purely execution-heavy design or content role. It is a business-minded marketing role for someone who can organize, evaluate, coordinate, and move work forward with strong judgment and accountability.
At Madar, this role contributes to key company goals such as revenue growth, brand awareness, and client loyalty across internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned marketing projects and initiatives from planning to delivery
Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure high-quality output
Prepare clear marketing briefs and support content and campaign development
Support campaign planning, lead generation, and qualification efforts
Maintain social media calendars, newsletters, email campaigns, and related workflows
Track campaign performance, spending, and key marketing KPIs
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear updates and insights
Support branding, communication, and marketing collateral across different functions
Maintain organized documents, task trackers, timelines, and project follow-up
Review creative submissions from vendors with a strong eye for quality, brand fit, and effectiveness
5+ years of experience in marketing
Proven experience in B2B marketing environments such as logistics, SaaS, technology, startup, or agency settings
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
Experience managing agencies, vendors, or external partners as the project owner
Strong understanding of campaign management, lead generation, reporting, and marketing coordination
Ability to write and review briefs, copy, and communication materials
Full professional fluency in Arabic and English
Strong understanding of Saudi market communication, including local language and audience context
Experience using marketing and business tools such as CRM, CMS, ERP, Canva, Adobe, Meta platforms, Google Analytics, email tools, and project management tools
Experience tracking KPIs and preparing weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports
Strong business mindset, professional maturity, and collaboration skills
Prefered:
Exposure to digital and performance marketing
Experience supporting sales enablement and lead follow-up processes
Experience in managing end-to-end marketing production projects such as video production, campaign launches, or multi-stakeholder content development
