Senior Network Security Engineer

Job Description:
As part of of GT Hiring Strategy, We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Security Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network and security solutions, with a specific focus on Cisco and F5 technologies. Your expertise in Cisco networking and F5 Load Balancing (LTM and WAF) will be crucial in ensuring the security and performance of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage network and security solutions using Cisco and F5 technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop network architecture designs.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and F5 load balancers (LTM and WAF).
• Implement and maintain network security policies, including firewall configurations, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor network traffic and system logs to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Perform network performance analysis and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative network security solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Very good experience working as a Network Security Engineer or in a similar role for at least 5 Years.
• Good expertise in Cisco networking, including routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
  Extensive experience with F5 Load Balancing technologies, including LTM (Local Traffic Manager) and WAF (Web Application Firewall).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex network and security issues.
• Cisco and F5 certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, F5-CTS LTM, or F5-CTS ASM are Preferred.
