We are seeking anoutgoing individual for our Sports Event Coordinator position. As aSports Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for bookingamazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations allaround the world! This position is great for anyone who absolutelyloves to travel and help others withplanning.

Roles&Responsibilities

• Research,Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries forclients
  

• Reviewindividuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater atrip specially designed to meet theirneeds
  

• Completeongoing training to earn and maintain certification to booktravel
  

• Attendongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specializedwith specificdestinations
  

• Reviewbudgets, and plan trips according to clients budgetconstraints
  

• Createpromotional materials toutilize
  

• Monitorrestrictions on travel that come andgo
  

• Booktravel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise,ticket/event sales, etc)
  

• Effectivelycommunicate with clients pre/posttravel
  

• Handleissues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel forclients
  

• Networkwith tour operators regarding packages that you can possibly offertoclients
  

• PartTime or Fulltime
  

Requirements

• Mustbe at least 18years of age, and be authorized to work within theUS.
  

• Mustbe able to effectively communicate with clients (strong salesbackground aplus)
  

• Musthave a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but notrequired
  

• Personaltravel experience is a huge plus, however notrequired
  

• Previousexperience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but notrequired
