Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior People Support Specialist to strengthen our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Lead engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Assess training needs and partner with relevant teams to deliver effective training programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Utilize data analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and business partnering.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
