Join us on this epic journey!ABOUT THE ROLEGisou is seeking a passionate Senior Performance Marketing Manager to manage the paid advertising initiatives, achieving sustainable customer growth through various digital platforms.This role involves strategizing and managing various digital ad channels alongside with Head of Growth & Retentionand collaborating closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly reporting to the Head of Growth & Retention.Manage and optimise advertising initiatives across platforms such as Google (Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube), Meta, TikTok, then other retargeting and programmatic media in-house, with an emphasis on sustainable customer acquisition growth.Continuous optimisation to achieve campaign objectives, including day-to-day management of campaign budgets, bid adjustments, strategies for keywords and targeting, and making campaign modifications based on historical performance data in-house, without the help of an agency.Analyse performance with the capability to translate data into actionable insights, correlating analytics with real-life consumer behaviour and scenarios to effectively inform performance marketing strategies and campaign tactics.Create detailed reports to analyse customer acquisition and media channel performance for internal teams and senior management, to provide clear insights into campaign and channel effectiveness.Establish and manage an experimentation process for all performance marketing initiatives. Generate and prioritise experiment ideas on campaign structures, targeting, bidding, ad copy, landing page and creative elements, focusing on their potential impact and practicality.Devise and implement strategies to transform Gisou’s strong organic social presence into customer growth.Guide the process for creating paid media content, collaborating with the internal creative team to brainstorm, and communicating creative briefs to the relevant stakeholders.Collaborate closely with creative and comms teams on multi-channel projects including new product launches and retention.Provide data-driven feedback to other teams regarding the outcomes of creative experiments, to foster a comprehensive understanding and proficiency in assessing ad creative effectiveness.Collaborate closely with the Data Analyst and Head of Growth & Retention in developing and refining attribution models, recurring reports, campaign strategies, and customer acquisition tactics.Play an active role in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting alongside the Head of Growth & Retention.Remain on top of new advertising technologies and new tactics to aid in developing strategies for experimentation.WE ARE LOOKING FOREntrepreneurial, self-starter, with a desire to make an impact.At least 5 years of managing paid channels - including both Paid Search and Paid SocialProficient in ad performance and conversion analysis, with an ability to contextualise data with real-life consumer scenarios to effectively inform performance marketing strategies and campaigns.Experienced in devising budgeting strategies across multiple performance channels to maximise customer and revenue growth while ensuring optimal spending.Proficiency in analysing conversions using analytics tools like GA4, not solely relying on platform-specific conversion metrics for devising budgeting strategies.Experience in working with CAC as well as other ad-related performance monitoring KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CTR, Avg. CPC) and taking necessary actions to improve budget and campaign performance.Skilled in designing and overseeing campaign strategies across Paid Social and has experience in building multi-level funnel stages on Meta.Has a clear framework and process for experimentation, testing and learning.Very comfortable collaborating across departments, from briefing creative requirements to effectively sharing lessons learned, ultimately ensuring that test outcomes (no matter if positive or negative) always end up enriching the brand’s understanding of the market.Enthusiastic about new technologies and innovations in digital advertising and turning them into new experiments.WHAT WE OFFER The opportunity to be part of an ambitious, fun and dynamic team, with a pleasant informal and international working atmosphere and regular team activities and drinks.
