Senior Performance Tester

Adree is seeking a Senior Performance Tester to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance testing strategies to ensure our applications can handle the expected user load. You will collaborate with developers and product managers to identify performance bottlenecks and ensure that the software meets performance targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for various applications.
• Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to simulate load and generate performance reports.
• Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application architectures and design appropriate performance tests.
• Monitor and measure application performance metrics, including response time, resource utilization, and throughput.
• Generate detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve performance testing processes and practices.

• 5+ years of experience in testing, at least 2 years of proven expertise in performance testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, metrics, and reporting.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (such as Java or Python) and performance testing tools.
• Experience with application profiling and monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze system architecture and identify performance issues.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and distributed systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
