Senior Procurement Director - Residential (DEL 102)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Procurement Director - Residential to lead our procurement efforts in the residential development sector. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can drive procurement strategies that enhance project outcomes, ensure cost efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of our innovative residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive procurement strategies focused on optimizing value and quality for residential developments.
• Lead the procurement department, overseeing sourcing, negotiation, and contract management processes to ensure alignment with project needs and company objectives.
• Foster strong partnerships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and quality assurance for all residential projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and finance, to determine procurement requirements and develop solutions.
• Conduct advanced market assessments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
• Establish and maintain procurement policies and procedures that adhere to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Mentor and develop procurement professionals within the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for executive management, outlining procurement performance and opportunities for enhancement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• 15+ years of extensive procurement experience in the residential construction industry, with a strong focus on strategic leadership.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex procurement initiatives and managing high-value contracts.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to leverage market data and analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team development and management.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement software and tools, as well as industry standards and regulations.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
