Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full procurement lifecycle from purchase requisition to contract closure
Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers
Manage relationships with technology vendors (software, hardware, cloud services)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Operations) to define requirements
Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct market analysis
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the technology or IT sector
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with technology vendors and service providers
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus
