Senior Product Manager - Fintech

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for innovative financial solutions. This role will focus on MSME financing, digital banking, and customer experience enhancement. The successful candidate will combine 7–10 years of product management expertise with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and regulatory awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and impactful fintech products aligned with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation and research to launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct customer research and feedback analysis to identify pain points, opportunities, and unmet needs.
• Translate customer insights into product features, user stories, and business requirements.
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational innovation and growth goals.
• Collaborate with technology, compliance, operations, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality financial products.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, making recommendations for enhancements or pivots.
• Ensure strict compliance with SAMA regulations and internal governance standards.
• Drive innovation in fintech solutions to enhance MSME financing, digital banking, and customer experiences.
• Prepare and present product reports, market insights, and strategic updates to senior stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong background in customer experience, product design, and business strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven track record of managing multiple successful product launches.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks within financial services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools, data analytics, and market research methodologies.
