Senior Project Controls Engineer

As a Senior Project Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective project control strategies to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of project controls standards, processes, and procedures.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, costing, and risk management aspects of projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to track progress and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster communication and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project teams in providing training and guidance on project controls best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10 Years’ experience including 3 years’ experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and cost control principles.
• Proficient in project management software, including but not limited to Primavera P6 and other project controls tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in project controls.
