Senior Project Engineer

Report to: Project Manager.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

• At least 5 – 10 years of experience in Industrial Project Works.
• AUTOCAD experience.
• Experience in Plant & Equipment Maintenance works would be an added advantage.
• Age: 30 to 40

• Knowledge of basic engineering fundamentals
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Team player

• Troubleshooting skills.

• Familiar with safety protocols.

Responsibilities & Knowledge:

Senior Project Engineer is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of industrial engineering projects, including project planning, coordinating resources, monitoring the project etc. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop project plans including scope, schedule, and budget. 
• Manage design, construction, commissioning, and delivery of engineering projects.  
• Oversee safety, environmental, and quality compliance. 
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, tender materials, reports & monitor project progress.
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants, to provide technical assistance and support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Provide technical leadership in design & development, prepare and update engineering drawings with AUTOCAD software.
