Senior QAQC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with QA/QC plans, specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.


• Review ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, WIRs/IRs, and testing documentation.


• Conduct site inspections and monitor contractors’ workmanship, materials, and testing.


• Manage NCRs, observations, corrective actions, and quality issues through closure.


• Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, and PMC disciplines on quality matters.


• Prepare/review QA/QC reports and maintain quality and handover documentation.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.


• Around 10 years of QA/QC experience in major construction/development projects.


• Previous PMC or consultancy experience highly preferred.


• Strong knowledge of ITPs, inspections, material approvals, testing, NCRs, and quality audits.


• Experience on large-scale mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality, or masterplan projects.


• Saudi/GCC experience preferred.


• Relevant QA/QC or ISO 9001 certification is an advantage.
