Senior QA/QC Manager

As a Senior QA/QC Manager at HanmiGlobal Saudi, you will lead the quality assurance and quality control strategies for our projects, ensuring that all aspects meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive quality management within the organization. You will oversee QA/QC teams, develop quality plans, conduct audits, and collaborate closely with project management and engineering teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs and procedures in line with industry standards.
• Lead and mentor QA/QC team members, providing guidance on best practices and compliance.
• Coordinate and conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Identify non-conformities, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, plans, and corrective action reports.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to update and enhance QA/QC practices.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication regarding quality-related matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and QA/QC methodologies.
• Experience in leading teams and managing quality assurance programs.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a Saudi National.
• Fluency in English is essential.
