Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Wet Utilities to join our team on Qiddiya! This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of one of the most transformative projects in Saudi Arabia's history, a visionary giga-project that aims to create a world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural destination.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assure quality specifications and statistical quality control.

• Review and justify the material submissions.

• Analyze laboratory and technical reports.

• Carry out acceptance sampling plans, testing and quality measures.

• Ensure compliance with the project’s specification

• Prepare accurate QA/QC plans.

• Lead and motivate project QC team.

• Write clear, brief and accurate technical reports.

• Executes international standards for Quality Assurance procedure

• Participate in all aspects of the project life cycle from setting out, designs, construction, testing and commissioning stage with emphasis on data analysis, system testing, regression testing and auditable documentation of results.

• Supervise multiple refurbishment and upgrading sites

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering in any discipline.

• Minimum 7 years Industrial experience in construction preferably in drainage systems/Sewerage Networks project.

• Experience in quality control and quality assurance within the Rehabilitation and Upgrading Sewerage System, Treatment Works is preferable.

• Particular emphasis on Quality Assurance Specifications and Statistical Quality Control. Should be able to review and justify the material submissions, analyse laboratory and technical reports, carry out acceptance sampling plans, testing and quality measures, ensuring the compliance with the project’s specifications.

• Ability to prepare accurate QA/QC plans and have the ability to lead and motivate a project QC team, write clear, brief and accurate technical reports.

• Must demonstrates and proven experience in respect of relevant international Standards for Quality Assurance procedure.

• Proactive acumen and an ability to supervise multiple refurbishment and Upgrading sites is essential.
