In this role, you will help determine hiring targets, profiles and specifications as well as recommend improvement opportunities. You will plan, coordinate and drive hiring activities. This includes overseeing the full hiring life cycle using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, posting and referrals to attract and develop candidate interest.You will also be involved and be responsible for broader value-add projects. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and share best practices and work with other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and events.You will act as the point of contact for relevant consulting teams aligned against cell recruiting efforts, and as needed liaison with other recruiting teams. You will ensure each candidate receives individualized attention and interaction throughout the recruiting process, including related to compensation, offers, and other sensitive topics. Furthermore, you will understand range of assessment processes for different types of candidates being pursued, providing guidance on which approach to use under different circumstances.Who You'll Work WithYou will be based in our Riyadh office as part of our East Europe, Middle East & Africa (EEMA) Delivery Assurance recruiting team.You will work in partnership with our internal clients in the Middle East region. You’ll gain great exposure across different client groups and will build a uniquely broad perspective of the roles that the firm has to offer. This role will report to Elixir recruiting lead.
