Role Summary:
The Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and customers to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. S/He acts as the main point of contact clients and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional products or services while ensuring client satisfaction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to provide guidance and trust.
• Generate new leads.
• Understand clients’ business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue/sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
• Develop account plans that outline goals, strategies, and action plans for each client.
• Address and resolve client concerns, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure smooth communication.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Identify new business opportunities to stay competitive in the market.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field or Engineering with a business mindset.
• 5-10 years of experience in selling IT solutions to end clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in sales and account management.
• Familiar with IT Solutions such as Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and others..
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
