Responsibilities

As a Senior SalesEngineer youll be responsiblefor:

• Forecasting sales andbooking for the month.

• Following up the quotation status with the customer understandingthe requirements and coordinating with the application engineers tofulfil customer needs.

• Reviewing standard sales contracts & reaching agreementwith customers (payment LC warrantyetc.).

• Following approvalprocess.

• Reviewing andsubmitting sales order to factory in coordination with FinancePurchasing and Logistics.

• Following the payment terms guidelines and payment conditions asinstructed by the Finance Department and assisting incollections.

• Participatingin weekly/monthly meetings for sales review aging andcollection.

• Generatinginquiries through market visits to contractors consultantsretailers and dealers.

• Creating quotations inline with thespecifications.

• PerformingTechnical submittals and clarifications with order finalization incoordination with the salesmanager.

• Ensuring properinvoicing is being issued by salescoordinators.

• Following upthe delivery process withlogistics.

• Following up thepayment & collection terms in coordination with financedepartment.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in MechanicalEngineering

• 26 years ofrelevant experience in the same or similarindustry

• Thorough knowledgeof the market and A/Cproducts

• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills

• Team playerexcellent negotiations and Computerskills

• Proficiency inEnglish andArabic
