Job Description - Senior Sales Executive




Senior Sales Executive







Responsibilities:



● Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts for



TabSense products.



● Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline with a strong closing rate.



● Develop strategic approaches to target high-potential customers and key



decision-makers.



● Lead product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closures.



● Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales



strategies.



● Mentor junior sales executives, providing training and guidance to improve their



performance.



● Collaborate closely with the sales team leader to enhance processes, pricing strategies,



and product bundling.



● Deep understanding of the technical onboarding process, integrations, and hardware



setups to provide consultative sales solutions.







Requirements:



● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology,



Computer Science, or equivalent.



● 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, POS, or related software solutions.



● Proven track record as a top performer with strong negotiation and closing skills.



● Ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships.



● Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior sales executives.



● Must have a valid driving license and own a car.



● Passionate about technology and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
