Senior Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
â Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts for
TabSense products.
â Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline with a strong closing rate.
â Develop strategic approaches to target high-potential customers and key
decision-makers.
â Lead product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closures.
â Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine sales
strategies.
â Mentor junior sales executives, providing training and guidance to improve their
performance.
â Collaborate closely with the sales team leader to enhance processes, pricing strategies,
and product bundling.
â Deep understanding of the technical onboarding process, integrations, and hardware
setups to provide consultative sales solutions.
Requirements:
â Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in business administration, Information Technology,
Computer Science, or equivalent.
â 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, POS, or related software solutions.
â Proven track record as a top performer with strong negotiation and closing skills.
â Ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships.
â Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior sales executives.
â Must have a valid driving license and own a car.
â Passionate about technology and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
