Senior Security & Fire System Maintenance Technician is responsible to safely, timely and cost-effectively lead all security and fire assets and systems related maintenance day to day activities such as “security drop gates, crash barriers, fire extinguishers, fire/heat/Smoke detection & suppression systems, fire trucks, deluge system, sprinkler system, fire pumps, clean gases and others related to security and firefighting network system.“To preserve the function of our physical assets throughout their life period to the satisfaction of international standards through continued process improvement, selecting and applying the most cost-effective techniques along with proactively preventing and managing failures and their consequences.”Key Accountabilities

Adhere to regulations, quality, security, and safety standards.Carry out diagnosis of faults, and repairs of all types of security assets and systems such as drop gates and crash barriers and fire assets and systems such as fire extinguishers, fire suppression system, fire trucks and others in a safe, timely and professional manner and return assets to operational service within the shortest possible time.Carry out preventive maintenance scheduled and planned work orders as required and provide feedback to improve the program efficiency.Log completion of work and enter adequate work orders history data into IFS (IMI ERP System).Whenever applicable, ensure that maintenance contractors are utilized efficiently, cost effectively and in accordance with company procedures.Ensure the availability of all spare parts required to safely and timely complete your assigned day-to-day maintenance activities.Safely and timely refill fire extinguishers and other fire assets.Lead activities to move, install, mothball, and reposition of security/fire assets.Work within 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard.Undertake special projects as required.Contribute to continuous improvement activities.Undertake continuous training and development for you and your team members.Lead and/or support young trainees and apprentices & train people within own work group.Experience

At least 9-12 years of hands-on security and fire system maintenance experience.Must have experience in maintenance and repair of security and fire systems.Qualifications

Technical Diploma or equivalent.Excellent Computer Skills in MS Office.About Application Process
