The Senior Specialist will focus on cost management, forecasting, and budgeting processes while providing strategic insights that guide financial decision-making across the organization. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of cost management strategies to optimize financial performance across projects.
• Conduct thorough cost analyses to support business planning, ensuring that all financial data is accurate and actionable.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets, collaborating with project managers to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Monitor project expenditures, providing insights into cost variances and suggesting corrective actions as needed.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and enhance the business planning process.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cost management and financial planning to enhance departmental effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• At least 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, or business planning, preferably within the construction, real estate, or entertainment sectors
• Strong expertise in cost management and financial forecasting techniques
• Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to extract actionable insights from financial data
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities; familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is advantageous
