Senior Specialist - CCU Operator

This key position is responsible for monitoring and managing the Central Control Unit operations, ensuring the seamless execution of processes and maintaining the highest safety and efficiency standards. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and optimization of the CCU systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations of the Central Control Unit to ensure all systems function efficiently.
• Monitor real-time data from various subsystems and respond promptly to any anomalies or emergencies.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of CCU equipment to maintain operational reliability.
• Implement and manage procedures for system backups, recovery, and data integrity.
• Provide training and guidance to junior operators and team members on CCU operations and best practices.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize procedures, and enhance overall system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of CCU operations, incidents, and feedback for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in control room operations, preferably in facility management or related industries.
• Strong understanding of CCU systems, automation, and operational technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in using monitoring and control software.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
