Senior Specialist - Contracts Management

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and value generation across our business engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and ensure compliance of contract templates with internal standards and policies
• Evaluate RFP packages and contractual terms and conditions (T&Cs)
• Summarize key contractual obligations and actions for internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and communicate contract requirements and updates across departments
• Conduct contractor financial due diligence and award analysis
• Develop and support financial negotiation strategies
• Participate in negotiation meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Mitigate company risk exposure in non-standard agreements
• Provide input on the Bid Review Program (BRP) and ensure bidder competitiveness
• Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms
• Advise internal proponents on financial and contractual matters
• Analyze data to produce insightful weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and strengthen contract controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts management, preferably within the construction, entertainment, or large-scale development sectors
• Strong understanding of financial and legal aspects of commercial contracts, including risk assessment and compliance
