Job Description - Senior Specialist - End user Training

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Senior Specialist - End User Training to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at equipping end users with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively utilize company systems and tools. Your efforts will play a critical role in enhancing user adoption, efficiency, and overall satisfaction within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement training programs tailored to the needs of end users across the organization.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives related to software, tools, and processes.
  • Develop engaging training materials, including guides, e-learning modules, and quick reference documents.
  • Deliver training sessions through various modalities, such as in-person workshops, webinars, and self-paced online courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback to continuously improve and adapt content.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to end users post-training, ensuring their questions and challenges are promptly addressed.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Maintain training records and documentation, reporting on trainer activity and user progress.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development, integrating new methodologies into training programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, particularly in a corporate or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and training software (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and tools, especially those relevant to the organization's operations.
