Job Purpose: As the Senior Specialist Festival you will support the planning, execution, and management of the

gaming festival accompanying the Esports World Cup. The ideal candidate will have experience in event

coordination, a strong interest in the gaming events landscape, and excellent organizational skills.

• Assist in the coordination of various festival elements, including influencer activations, live music performances, esports educational sessions, amateur tournaments, and interactive fan zones.

• Support logistical arrangements such as scheduling, venue setup, and equipment management.

• Ensure all event activities align with the overall festival strategy and goals.

• Help curate and manage engaging gaming experiences and activities for attendees.

• Assist in organizing esports educational sessions and panels.

• Provide support for amateur esports tournaments, ensuring smooth operations and participant satisfaction.

• Work with the marketing team to promote the festival through various channels.

• Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials and content.

• Support the management of the sponsor's zone and VIP lounge, ensuring an excellent experience for sponsors and special guests.

• Coordinate with sponsors to integrate their activities into the festival.

• Provide on-site assistance during the festival, helping to address any issues and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.

• Assist in managing volunteers and staff during the event.

• Post-event Analysis

• Collect and analyze feedback from attendees and stakeholders.

• Assist in preparing post-event reports and summaries for senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in creative direction and production of large-scale events
