Senior Specialist - Healthcare Sports Medicine

Qiddiya Investment Company invites applications for the position of Senior Specialist - Healthcare Sports Medicine. In this crucial role, you will focus on providing specialized healthcare services tailored to athletes, focusing on injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation within the context of sports and physical activity.

Your expertise will ensure that the medical needs of athletes and sports participants are met, supporting their performance and overall well-being in line with Qiddiya’s mission to be a leader in entertainment, sports, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of sports medicine programs, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and the latest research in sports health.
• Provide technical expertise and specialized support for sports medicine assets, operations, and supporting clinical service delivery focusing on research and personal medication. while ensuring alignment with Qiddiya healthcare strategic objectives.
• Support the implementation of clinical strategies, requirements and guidelines for sports medicine operations including clinical pathways, model of care principles, quality assurance protocols and standards for service provision
• The role will include heavy Project management including tasks KPIs preparation and review, tasks follow ups and progress update major contract deliverables log and documentation. time lines scheduled management, and risk identification and mitigation plan.
• Monitor and report on the health status and recovery progress of athletes, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Participate in sports events to provide on-site medical support and emergency care as needed.
• Contribute to research initiatives focused on sports medicine and athlete health improvement.

• Bachelor’s in Sports Medicine, Exercise Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3years of experience in sports medicine or related healthcare settings.
