About the Role

The Senior Specialist - Hospitality Assets Strategy at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a pivotal role in shaping our hospitality portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the hospitality industry to contribute to our vision of creating world-class entertainment and leisure experiences in Saudi Arabia. You will work alongside a dynamic team to develop and execute strategies for hospitality assets from concept through to operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of strategies for the hospitality asset portfolio, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation offerings.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making regarding hospitality investments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s overall strategy and vision.
• Analyze operational and financial performance data from hospitality assets, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Support the development of business plans, financial models, and investment proposals for new hospitality projects.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and regulatory changes affecting the hospitality landscape.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project execution and goal achievement.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality asset management, development, or strategic planning
