Senior Specialist - Motion Graphic (COR440)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a creative and skilled Assistant Manager - Motion Graphic to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in bringing our visual storytelling to life through compelling motion graphics that enhance our brand message and engage our audience across various platforms.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics content. Your contributions will support various initiatives, including marketing campaigns, promotions, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in Cinema 4D or similar 3D video rendering software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Houdini), with the ability to create compelling motion graphics and visual effects.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Possesses a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality visual output.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates creative thinking and a solution-oriented mindset to overcome design and technical challenges.
• Ability to interpret and execute on project briefs and creative concepts, aligning visuals with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Responsible for producing final rendered videos optimized for various screens and platforms (e.g., digital signage, social media, web).
• Collaborates with the Marketing team to ideate and pitch creative concepts that drive engagement and brand storytelling.
• Skilled in animation, motion design, and video editing, with proficiency in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in a creative agency or corporate setting.
• Proficient in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics work and design projects.
• Excellent understanding of animation principles and design trends.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
