We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Residential Procurement (Del 433) to support our residential development projects by managing procurement activities efficiently and effectively.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for executing procurement strategies that align with project requirements and objectives. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality materials and services essential for our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Conduct supplier assessments and market analysis to source competitive and quality offerings.
• Facilitate the procurement process, including drafting requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
• Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand project timelines, specifications, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Support ad-hoc procurement initiatives and strategic projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within the residential construction or real estate sectors.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract negotiation.
• Good analytical skills with experience in market research and supplier evaluation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
