Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to fill the role of Senior Specialist - Strategy. This position is pivotal in assisting Qiddiya in its mission to become a leading global entertainment destination. The Senior Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies that enhance our operational frameworks and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and refinement of strategic plans that align with Qiddiya’s vision and objectives
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives
• Facilitate the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities within the entertainment sector
• Assist in the creation of detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Monitor industry trends and provide actionable recommendations to enhance Qiddiya’s market position
• Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure strategic alignment and facilitate the execution of key projects
• Play a key role in project management, utilizing tools to track progress and budgets
• Contribute to developing partnerships with tourism and entertainment entities and manage those relationships effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a strategy-focused role, consulting, or relevant industry experience
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in project management and strategic planning methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in data analysis software and presentation tools, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the entertainment and tourism industry trends is an advantage
