Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Specialist - Utilities to join our innovative team. This position plays a vital role in overseeing the strategic management and operational efficiency of our utility services. The Senior Specialist will ensure the reliable delivery of essential utilities including water, electricity, and gas to support the ambitious projects under development in Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the assessment, planning, and implementation of utility systems and services to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to develop utility strategies in alignment with Qiddiya's vision and goals.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of utility systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards.
• Engage with external vendors and utility providers to negotiate agreements and manage contracts effectively.
• Analyze utility performance data to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to utility operations and capital projects.
• Maintain thorough documentation and report on utility-related activities and projects.
• Stay informed on technological advancements and regulatory changes impacting utility systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• 3-4 years relevant experience in utilities management, operations, or engineering
• Proven track record of managing complex utility systems and projects
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in relevant software and tools used in utility management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Professional certifications in utility management or related fields are a plus
