The Senior Speech Therapist will be responsible for providing advanced assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to individuals with speech and communication difficulties. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in a wide range of speech disorders and therapeutic techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication skills and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions for individuals with speech and communication disorders.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments in therapy techniques and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior speech therapists and other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and developments in the field of speech therapy.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Valid license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Expertise in assessing and treating a range of speech and communication disorders.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior therapists.
• Commitment to professional development and staying updated with current research and practices.
