We are hiring a Senior Zoho Developer, based in Riyadh, to take full ownership of our Zoho environment and drive system-wide optimization and intelligent automation. This remote-first role will work closely with our AI Systems & Integration Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver smart, scalable solutions that enhance performance across the organization.

Role Overview

This is a senior-level remote role designed for a highly skilled Zoho expert who can lead development, configuration, rollout, and ongoing improvement across the full Zoho One suite. You will play a critical role in building the digital foundation that enables SHC to scale and operate intelligently.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho System Development & Ownership

• Administer and customize all Zoho apps in use: CRM, Creator, Flow, Analytics, People, Projects, and more
• Develop complex workflows, dashboards, and custom functions to support business needs
• Maintain clean architecture, data consistency, and permissioning across modules

Integration & Automation

• Collaborate with the AI Systems & Integration Lead to integrate Zoho with internal tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.)
• Build smart automations using Deluge, APIs, and low-code logic
• Ensure scalable, secure, and documented process automation

Implementation & Rollout

• Translate business requirements into Zoho configuration and technical execution
• Launch new modules and deploy solutions across departments
• Deliver clear documentation, SOPs, and internal technical playbooks

User Enablement & Support

• Train internal users and support system adoption
• Troubleshoot issues, respond to requests, and continuously improve functionality
• Serve as the point of contact for Zoho-related initiatives and development

Candidate Profile

You are a seasoned Zoho developer who can balance technical depth with business understanding. You thrive in remote-first environments, communicate clearly, and can independently lead systems development from idea to deployment.

You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Zoho One development and administration
• Expertise in CRM, Creator, Flow, People, Analytics, and Deluge scripting
• Strong integration experience using APIs or middleware
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Based in Riyadh, with full remote availability
• Fluent in English (required)
