Service Delivery Manager - KSA

About the Role:
In your role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of data management projects, from proposal to execution. You'll be the bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, top-notch delivery, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle.
Interface directly with clients and key stakeholders.
Lead proposal development and deliver strategic presentations.
Stay ahead of the curve in data management trends and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
Travel flexibility required for key meetings and engagements.

Qualifications:
7+ years of project management experience in data/IT.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Knowledge of data governance, quality, integration, MDM, cloud, etc.
Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Working Conditions:
